CPX FTP Access Information
FTP or File Transfer Protocol is used to transfer data from one computer to another over the Internet, or through a network. We find FTP to be more efficient than using email attachments to send and receive documents to and from our clients.
FTP can be accessed anywhere* you have the internet therefore it is much more versatile, in addition there is no file size or file count limits as often encountered when using email.
Our FTP address is - ftp://cpx.com.au
For username and password information please talk to our CPX sales staff.

Portable Document Format (PDF)
Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Distiller & Microsoft Word.
Adobe Acrobat and pdf, have become the preferred standard for the distribution of documents. Adobe Acrobat is software that enables the exchange, management and printing of formatted documents regardless of computer platform.
It is not a layout program like Quark Xpress or InDesign. The Adobe Acrobat file format was created to manage and distribute documents across different computer platforms (Mac, PC, etc) using the internet, disks or other means and therefore is most versatile to work with.
Like most anything, if you put garbage into a process, you will get garbage out; and a PDF file is the same way. By starting out building your documents improperly, or with poor quality graphics, the resulting PDF will contain all of those bad elements.
We have created Distiller Profiles for your convenience. The two files provided are for Adobe Distiller 7 &8.
You will need to import these files to be able to use them.
